Master Bedroom Waterdown Addition / Renovation
With this project, we took an existing 50-year-old bungalow that was dated and cramped at only 1000 sq. ft and we added an additional 3000 square feet of usable, livable interior space! That’s triple the size!
In the video attached from one of our many appearances on the Marc and Mandy Show, we toured through the master bedroom and the “hers” closet. This closet is a total of 160 square feet. Yup, that’s a big closet! The “his” closet is smaller, but, still 100 square feet. So, he can have a lot of clothing too.
This bedroom fits a king size bed, full sectional sofa, fireplace, T.V, stone feature wall, custom wood beams. 260 sq. ft. of closet space, a master bathroom with separate water closet, beautiful oval free-standing tub, a 4’ x 5’ shower, double vanity and a whole lot of marble!
