Brian DosRamos, Founder

Brian DosRamos is the Founder of Ever After Custom Homes and a third-generation builder with a strong background in construction, real estate, and development. With years of hands-on industry experience, Brian leads clients through the custom home process with professionalism, transparency, and a deep understanding of what it takes to bring a vision to life. He is passionate about building thoughtfully designed homes that reflect each family’s lifestyle, goals, and future.

Outside of work, Brian is married to his high school sweetheart, Sita, and is a proud father to their two young boys. When he is not on site or meeting with clients, he can often be found spending time with family, playing or watching soccer, and doing what he loves most: helping clients turn their dream home into reality.

Sita DosRamos, Co-Founder

Sita DosRamos is the Co-Founder of Ever After Custom Homes and plays an important role in the operations, client experience, marketing, and brand vision behind the company. With a background in real estate and a strong understanding of what today’s families are looking for in a home, Sita is focused on improving the systems, communication, and behind-the-scenes processes that help clients feel supported throughout their custom home journey.

Known for her thoughtful approach and attention to detail, Sita helps shape the Ever After experience so that every client feels cared for from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. She is passionate about creating a company that not only builds beautiful homes, but also makes the process feel clear, organized, and personal.

Outside of work, Sita is married to her high school sweetheart, Brian, and is a proud mom to their two young boys. She loves cooking, entertaining, and creating spaces where people feel welcome, connected, and at home. Her belief that everyone deserves the home of their dreams is at the heart of the Ever After brand.

Nell Spies, Designer & Project Coordinator

Nell brings a thoughtful blend of creative vision and project precision to Ever After Homes. With a strong background in interior design and residential project management, she excels at coordinating design details, consultant communications, and construction deliverables to move projects smoothly from concept to completion.

At Ever After, Nell collaborates closely with clients and trades to turn design ideas into real-world results. She guides material selections, manages drawings, and oversees on-site coordination, ensuring every detail reflects thoughtful design and the unique style of each client.

Nell believes great design is both beautiful and livable, built on clarity, collaboration, and trust.

Rylan Cardoso, Contstruction Site Supervisor

Rylan Cardoso is a Site Supervisor with Ever After Custom Homes, helping oversee the day-to-day details that keep each project moving forward with care, organization, and accountability. From coordinating trades and monitoring site progress to supporting quality control and communication, Rylan plays an important role in ensuring every home is built with attention to detail and respect for the client’s vision.

With a hands-on approach and a strong commitment to craftsmanship, Rylan helps create a smoother building experience from construction start to completion. His focus on teamwork, problem-solving, and site coordination reflects Ever After’s commitment to building homes that are thoughtfully planned, well-executed, and made to last.

Outside of work, Rylan is a busy and loving father of four. He is also a true foodie who loves trying new restaurants and discovering great places to eat with family and friends.
