Process
01.
You contact us to tell us about your project and to find out what it will cost to build it.
02.
We give you a rough price per square foot and you decide if that’s within range.
03.
If it is, our team prepares some drawings for you to look at and an estimated budget.
04.
We enter into a contract, agreeing to timelines, terms, all that stuff.
05.
When work begins on your build, you’ll be matched with your House Sitter, who will act as your key point of contact throughout the build. They are the keeper of all information and your liaison through your construction.
06.
You’ll work with our designer to decide on paint colours, cabinets, flooring, and furniture. They line up all of that work, do the shopping, and organize everything on your behalf.
07.
When the house is finished and the furniture is all moved in and put in place, we’ll do our walk-through and present you with your keys.
08.
Celebrate with your loved ones. The house-warming party is on us. (No, really. It is.)
