Our Four-Step Process Ensures Success
It’s normal to run out of space. But that doesn’t mean you have to live in cramped quarters or move out of a home you love. Adding a room is always a possibility. Not only will it improve your quality of life, but it will also boost your home value. It’s also normal to feel overwhelmed. That’s where we come in. We offer a process designed to get the job done right the first time and without undue stress on your part. You can expect us to:
- Draw: We’ve learned that working from someone else’s drawings isn’t the most efficient way for us to serve you. So, using all of our construction experience and technical skills, we do the drawings ourselves.
- Design: The finer details of your home will be factored in before cement is even poured. We’re building to your dream, so let’s get it right, right from the beginning. Throughout the drawing process, we are thinking about what sort of features will work in the spaces, what colours you want, and which type of flooring should go where. You’re building a custom home, let’s make it 100% yours.
- Build: Once we’ve answered the crucial questions, we can begin building. This is your home, and we take great pride in treating it with love and respect. Our team of trusted and skilled trades people come together to create your beautiful home. With our Site Supervisor orchestrating the magic and your house sitter keeping you and your home area always connected.
- Finish on Time: A home addition or renovation is noisy and disruptive. That is why we keep you updated, involved and a part of the journey. We ensure you always know what is happen and when. We create and follow a detailed schedule to ensure clarity, comfort and to ensure that we reach our completion date, together.
