Meet Your Home Concierge
Your Home Concierge is your direct point of contact throughout the renovation process—your inside source for updates, answers, and peace of mind. They’ll have boots on the ground, keeping you connected with regular photos, progress reports, and proactive communication, ensuring you feel informed and confident at every stage.
Architectural and Interior Design
Your renovation starts with a well-thought-out design. Architectural plans for full-home renovations and structural remodels typically take 2 to 6+ months to finalize, depending on the scope of work. Interior design packages span 3 to 8 months, incorporating custom millwork, finishing details, lighting plans, and 3D renderings.
Permits and Approvals
Renovations often require permits to ensure compliance with Ontario’s zoning and safety regulations. The permitting process can take 1 to 12+ months, depending on project complexity and the approvals required. We manage all zoning reviews and permit applications to streamline the process.

This is where your vision comes to life. Renovations can range from 6 to 18 months, depending on project size and complexity. Our team focuses on efficiency, quality, and attention to detail, ensuring a stress-free process and a stunning final result.
