Meet Your Home Concierge
Your Home Concierge is your direct point of contact throughout the construction process—your inside source for updates, answers, and peace of mind. They’ll have boots on the ground, keeping you connected with regular photos, progress reports, and proactive communication, ensuring you feel informed and confident at every stage.
Architectural and Interior Design
The design phase is where your carefully thought-out vision takes shape. Architectural plans for home additions typically take 2 to 6+ months to finalize, depending on whether a full permit-ready package is selected.
On the other hand, interior design packages can span 3 to 8 months, depending on the level of customization and complexity needed for your addition. We often include 3D renderings, intricate millwork layouts, interior finishing purchase package details, and detailed lighting plans at this stage.
Permits and Approvals
The permitting process ensures your addition complies with Ontario's zoning and safety regulations. Timelines can range from 1 to 12+ months based on your project's complexity and the governing bodies involved – like environmental, conservation, civil, and forestry. We handle all aspects of zoning reviews and permit applications, keeping the process hassle-free for you.

Construction
The construction phase in the addition process is where your dreams become reality. With us, home additions typically take 6 to 12 months to complete, depending on your project's scope. But don't worry, because our team focuses on efficiency, quality, and attention to detail to ensure a smooth experience and a stunning end result.
